Case Study Autotalo Lohja

Autotalo Lohja was already energy efficient, thanks to underfloor heating and solar panels.

However, KUTUN Remap improved it dramatically.

Our numbers from Autotalo Lohja:

HVAC electricity consumption reduced by 37%
Heating energy reduced by 15%
CO2 emissions decreased by more than 50%

First in Finland!

Autotalo Lohja was already energy efficient, thanks to solar panels and underfloor heating. Dealership also has a cooling system for taming the summer heat.

Being the first dealership in Finland to adapt our KUTUN Remap, we were eager to show what we can do in a new market area.
This was also our first integration with Solteq CD400, DMS used mainly in Finnish markets.

Autotalo’s dealership is like a new, built 2015. HVAC automation is from Ouman, and all the systems were really well maintained.

So what did we do?

  • Integrated KUTUN Remap with Solteq CD400.
  • Added KUTUN Remap module to the HVAC system.
  • Integrated KUTUN Remap with OUMAN Ouflex A.
  • Installed Indoor Air Quality sensors in Car sales, offices, client area, workshop and car wash.

Building automation is now Remapped with all the functionalities we can offer, including:

  • DMS control
  • Pre-heating and pre-cooling, based on weather forecasts
  • Real time measurements and adjustments
  • Personal service without annoying client portals
  • Possible problems and requests are handled under 24 hours

It’s not only the functionalities, besides them client has less work in their hands, they know their building is always taken care of, and 100% adapted to Automotive industry.

DMS integration with Real-time measurement brings adjustability and accuracy to your system

While KUTUN Remap’s DMS integration sets the bar by monitoring workflow, IAQ sensors helps to detect if indoor air quality deteriorates sharply and adjust heating, cooling, ventilation, etc. accordingly.

KUTUN Remap monitors every 10 minutes:
  • Temperature
  • Humidity
  • CO2
  • Small particles
  • Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs)

If the air quality deteriorates, the system automatically reacts.
